A CHINESE PROVERB goes like this…”A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” And nothing could be truer. No matter what you attempt, a new job, a diet, ending an addiction, a child’s first steps, an artistic creation, and so on, begins with the first single effort to create or transform something. Another great quote is, “Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be changed from one form to another.” It was Albert Einstein who said it referring to the first theory of thermodynamics. However, mystics and healers have always known about this since the beginning of time. To them it is known as sacred alchemy, or the transformation of the soul from low vibrational frequencies to high vibrational frequencies thus awakening the divine nature of the human soul.
